License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between Hemp Thca hemp Cbd Market Place (“Company”) and you (“Licensee”). By accessing or using the Company’s services, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. License Grant: Company grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Company’s platform and services for the purpose of buying and selling hemp and CBD products.

2. Restrictions: Licensee shall not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce or create derivative works from the Company’s platform or services. Licensee shall not use the Company’s platform or services for any unlawful purpose.

3. Intellectual Property: The Company’s platform, services, and all related intellectual property are owned by the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

4. Termination: This Agreement may be terminated by the Company at any time for any reason. Upon termination, Licensee’s right to use the Company’s platform and services shall immediately cease.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Company’s platform and services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages related to Licensee’s use of the Company’s platform or services.

7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Company is located.
